Stable Midea Running
Extra 75% sectional sucking fans in the printing bed than the old one, with negative pressure and strong power, ensure media tobe flat and even smooth. Media will not scratch printheads during printing. Newly designed press rollers provide more pressure and precise feeding; they can be detached separately, easy to be changed.
Upgraded Heater System
Pre-heater, print heater and post-heater can stimulate media to absorb ink effectively, so as to improve ink's effort and reduce the drying time. Meanwhile, TAIMES T7 Printing System has upgraded the three-stage heater with independent temperature control; Powerful LCD display screen, which is very easy to operate; Wide teflon coated heating platform not only improves heating efficiency but also keep surface clean from any ink stain.

With the aid of TAIMES T4/T6 ink and all the excellent conditions of machine itself, TAIMES T7 Solvent Printer can produce graphics with maximum printing resolution of 360 x 1080 dpi, which is the ideal resolution for any outdoor advertising printing. Additionally, the built-in wavy and feathering printing program enables to print graphics which are bright, sharp, vivid and genuine, presenting a more fluent color gradation transition and avoiding the appearance of striping. Meanwhile, feed calibration and bi-direction calibration can be adjusted immediately at any time during the printing process to reduce media waste.
Industrial class control system
Optical fibers were adopted to transmit data, with high-speed, steady operation and have no electromagnetic interference. Meanwhile, inner circuit power is transmitted by wire cable, which is more durable.
With tidy distribution of the circuit and independently safety switches, its electric system reaches the standard of industrial class.
Particular circuits design
Double voltage circles were designed for controlling two groups of voltage according to temperature separately on each printhead. Solid tantalum capacitors were adopted on circuit, in order to prolong life of the piezoelectric crystals in printhead. Embedded ARM CMOS chip can reduce the usage frequency of computer CPU and memory during the printing. Due to design of self-recovering protecting system, when short circuit or voltage overload happens, the fuse in the printhead board will be cut down automatically to ensure prinhead safety.
Powerful ink supply system
Ink is stably worked by big ink pump, industrial class 5um ink filter, high quality electromagnetic valves and stainless steel tee valves. All these factors ensure TAIMES T7 Solvent Printer can work continuously without stop.
Easy Control Software
Single RIP picture can be set to cycle print, which save lots of Riptime. Easy process on printheadcalibration allows users learningoperations quickly. The prameters of printhead calibration X and Y direction are allavailable for backup. Even if computer is changed or systemreinstalled, no need to repeat the complex calibration works.
More humanized design
A special printhead protection stack is built in the machine, which allows users easily seal up printheads after printing for safe keeping.
The Newly designed midea clamp moves smoothly with six standpoints. Meanwhile, its special slot avoids media bulge Inside.
Printing quality can be checked out easily with LED platform lights.
